My patterns have all been thoroughly tested by several individuals and I have made every attempt to provide my customers with high-quality, error-free patterns. If you find an error in my pattern, please contact me. The errata will be corrected and you will be provided with an updated copy of the pattern.

Please note that you cannot access your pattern via the Etsy app. You must log into www.etsy.com from a web browser like Chrome or Safari. Once logged into your account, click the "you" icon in the top right corner. Then click "purchases and reviews." Next to your pattern purchase, there will be a download button or a small, gray arrow. Click that.

If you checked out as a "guest" then you will need to access the automatic email Etsy sends to the email address you provided them with. This email will include a download link. Be sure to check your spam folder if you cannot locate the email.

While it is possible to access your digital file through your cell phone's web browser, the Etsy download process often works best from a computer.

Because patterns are digital in nature, there is no way for me to retrieve them or prevent access to them after they have been purchased. But at this time, I only sell digital pattern downloads to crochet your own adorable creations, but there are many sellers on Etsy who have purchased my patterns and sell the items they make. You can find them by typing the name of the item you would like to purchase into Etsy's search function.
